| 摘 要： | 现代生物技术的发展，对单个蛋白分子水平关键性的细胞过程已有了充分的认识，从而使应用多种机制发现新型高效低毒抗癌药物成为可能，而传统抗癌药物研究常基于经验模式，简述了开发抗癌药物方面的研究状况，同时对新近发现的研究热点，小分子对RNA特定位点作用与调控基因表达基础方面的研究也作了简要介绍。

Brief Introduction of Developing Antitumour Drugs Study |

| Abstract: | The development of cancer therapeutics has traditionally been based on an empirical approach.With modern biological techniques having opened the way to understanding of the key cellular processes at the individual protein level,it has become possible to take a more mechanistic approach to the discovery of the antitumor agents.This review described signal transduction inhibition,cell cycle modulation,angiogenesis inhibition,anti-invasion approaches,and small molecule controlling gene expression areas in which target mechanisms had been identified and the drugs which had been developed or are currently being investigated. |
