我院100例围手术期预防应用抗菌药物调查分析

目的了解滕州市中心人民医院药剂科围手术期抗菌药物预防性应用情况,并进行合理性分析以促进临床合理用药。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,随机抽取2009年Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术出院病例100份,根据《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》进行考察。结果围术期抗菌药预防使用率为100%;应用的药物以奥硝唑、二代头孢为主;99例在术前0.5～2h内给药;术后用药时程在3d及3d以上的占77%。结论 100例中Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药率偏高,存在无指征的联合用药、选药档次高、术后预防用药时程过长等问题。

Analysis of the usage of perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis in Tengzhou People's Hospital

Methods The medical records of 100 discharged cases in 2009 were checked randoml, according to ＂The clinical application of antimicrobial guiding principle＂for investigation.Results The preventive medication rate ofⅠ, Ⅱ type incision are 100%; The application of drugs were ornidazole and the second generation Cephalosporin. There are 99 cases gived in 0.5~2 hours; 77%of postoperative administration schedule in 3 days and 3 more days.Conclusion The 100 cases of perioperative, the preventive medication rate ofⅠtype incision are quite high, high starting point to prevent drug varieties, and the time of prophylactic Application of antibiotics are too long.
