奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆49例疗效评价

目的评价奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将我院2010年～2012年间收治的98例血管性痴呆患者随机分为单纯尼莫地平治疗组（对照组）和奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗组（观察组），每组各49例，采用简易智力状态量表（MMSE）及日常生活能力量表（ADL）对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价。结果两组患者治疗后的MMSE及ADL评分较治疗前有显著改善（P〈0．05），观察组患者改善情况优于对照组患者，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组患者治疗总有效率为91．8％，显著高于对照组患者的75．5％，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗过程中未出现明显不良反应。结论采用奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆临床疗效好，能干显著改善患者的认知功能和生活能力，且不良反应发生率低，安全性较高，值得临床进一步推广使用。

Evaluation of clinical effect of oxiracetam combined with nimodipine in the treatment of vascular dementia in 49 cases

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of oxiracetam combined with nimodipine in the treatment of vascular dementia. Methods 98 patients with vascular dementia in our hospital from 2010- 2012 were randomly divided into simple nimodipine treatment group （control group） and oxiracetam combined nimo- dipine treatment group （observation group）, 49 cases in each group, used mini-mental state examination （MMSE） and daily life ability scale （ADL） to evaluate the clinical effect of patients in two groups. Results After treatment MMSE and ADL scores of patients were all better than before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, patients in the observation group were better than that in control group, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the observation group, the total effective rate was 91.8%, significantly higher than that in control group were （75.5%）, there was significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no sig- nificant adverse drug reactions during treatment. Conclusion Taking oxiracetam combined with nimodipine to treat vascular dementia has good clinical effect, can improve the cognitive function and life ability significantly, and has low incidence of adverse reactions, it is worth to be popularized in clinical use.
