柴胡丹参化纤粉剂对慢性肝病肝纤维化指标的影响

目的探讨自拟柴胡丹参化纤粉剂（CDAFP）对肝纤维化和肝功能指标的影响。方法236例慢性肝病患者每次给予柴胡丹参化纤粉剂20 g,日服3次,疗程8周,比较治疗前后的肝纤维化和肝功能指标变化。结果治疗后患者的血清透明质酸（HA）、Ⅲ型前胶原（PcⅢ）和层粘连蛋白（LN）均较治疗前明显下降（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）,且谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、胆红素等肝功能指标均明显改善（P〈0.01）,同时能明显改善肝区疼痛、腹胀等症状,并且无明显不良反应。结论柴胡丹参化纤粉剂对慢性肝病患者肝纤维化和肝功能指标均有改善,且能缓解慢性肝病的症状,不良反应罕见,是治疗慢性肝病的有效复方。

The effect of chaihu danshen anti- fibrosis powder on the fibrous index of the chronic liver disease patients

Objective To explore the effect of chaihui danshen anti- fibrosis Powder （ CDAFP ） on the fibrous and hepatic function index of the chronic liver patients. Methods 236 chronic liver patients were given the CDAFP 20g, three times perday, and treated for 8 weeks, and the fibrous and hepatic function index were tested. Results After therapy, the hyaluronic acid（ HA）, preeollagen type In （ PcⅢ ） and laminin（LN） were significantly lower than that of pretherapy （ P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ）, and the ALT, AST and BIL were also decreased（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Besides, the hepatic region ache and abdominal distention were effectively improved, and the adverse effects were rare. Conclusion The CDAFP could effectively improve the fibrous and hepatic function index of the chronic liver patients, and its adverse effects were rare, which may be an scientific and available decoction for the chronic liver patients.
