南昌地区2型糖尿病患者生活质量及影响因素分析

目的了解2型糖尿病患者生活质量及其影响因素。方法对1130例2型糖尿病患者及356名正常对照人群,采用使用SF-36生活质量量表进行评分,并检测空腹及餐后2h血糖,了解糖尿病患者生活质量状况,并对其影响因素分析。结果糖尿病患者在各个维度评分均低于对照人群(P<0.05);糖尿病并发症组各维度评分均低于无并发症组,但两组在情感职能、精神健康方面无明显差异(P>0.05);通过多元线性逐步回归分析发现,文化程度、空腹血糖、糖尿病病程及并发症是糖尿病生活质量主要影响因素。结论糖尿病患者生活质量水平明显低于正常人群,糖尿病病程、文化水平、空腹血糖及并发症情况是影响糖尿病患者生活质量的重要因素,在临床治疗及护理过程中应注意改善糖尿病患者生活质量。

Analysis of influencing factors and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes in Nanchang

Objective To investigate the quality of life and their influencing factors of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods SF-36 questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life in 1130 patients with type 2 diabetes and 356 controlled people.The fasting blood glucose and two-hour postprandial glucose were detected,and the quality of life influencing factors was analyzed.Results The scores of diabteic were lower than control group in every dimensions(P<0.05).The scores of diabetes patients with complications were lower than the group without complications,but there were not significant differences in role emotional and mental health.Education level,course of disease,fasting blood glucose value and diabetic complications were the main influencing factors of quality of life of diabetic.Conclusion The quality of life of diabetic was lower than non-diabetic people.Education level,course of disease,fasting blood glucose value and diabetic complications were the main influencing factors of quality of life of diabetic.The quality of life should be improved during the work of nuring and treatment in diabetic.
