平板运动试验诱发ST段抬高的临床意义

目的为探讨平板运动试验诱发ST段抬高的临床意义。方法分析了8例无心肌梗死病史而平板运动试验诱发ST段抬高的静息心电图、运动试验及冠状动脉（简称冠脉）造影检查结果。结果3589例行平板运动试验检查者中，有14例无心肌梗死病史而运动试验诱发心绞痛伴ST段抬高。其中8例患者作了进一步检查，冠脉造影显示均有程度不等的血管病变，缺血相关血管的狭窄达到70％-99％。ST段抬高导联与缺血相关血管有良好对应关系。结论无心肌梗死患者平板运动诱发心电图ST段抬高是冠脉痉挛或冠脉严重狭窄所致心肌局部严重缺血损伤的标志。

Clinical significance of ST elevation induced by treadmill test

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of ST elevation induced by treadmill test.Methods Analyze 8cases ,results of resting ECG, treadmill test and angiocardiograply, who have noMI history but whose ST elevated induced by treadmill test. Results Among 3 589 cases who have done treadmill test, It cases without MI history have been induced angina by test with ST elevation. 8 cases have examinated by anglocardiography,The results of angiocardiograply have shown the vessels damage, stenosis of ischemic vessels achieved 70% -99%. The ST elevating leads have well corresponding relations. Conclusion Among who have no MI history , ST elevation induced by treodmill test is a sign of coronary spasm or serious stenosis , as a result of myocardial regional ischemia.
