120例全电视胸腔镜下肺叶切除术的围术期护理体会

目的总结完全胸腔镜下行单向式肺叶切除术围手术期的护理经验,探讨胸腔镜肺叶切除术后并发症的护理方法 ,减少并发症的发生。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年12月,120例肺癌患者行胸腔镜单向式肺叶切除术的临床资料。对上述120例行该手术的患者均加强术前宣教,指导有效咳嗽和深呼吸锻炼,做好呼吸道护理,加强生命体征及引流管观察等。结果全部患者均治愈出院,住院期间无护理并发症发生。结论电视胸腔镜肺叶切除术具有创伤小,痛苦轻,恢复快等优点,通过正确的护理干预措施,加强围手术期护理,严密观察病情变化,可减少护理并发症发生,促进术后恢复。

Peri-operative nursing experience of 120 patients with complete video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy

Objective To summarize Peri-operative nursing experience of 120 patients with complete video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy,to explore nursing methods and reduce the incidence of complications.Methods Through a retrospective analysis of 120 cases of patients with lung cancer who underwent lobectomy in our hospital between January 2011 and December 2012.All cases were to strengthen preoperative education and guide to cough and deep breathing exercises and enhance the nursing of respiratory and observation of vital signs and drainage pipes.Results All the patients were cured,no nursing complication occurred during hospitalization.Conclusion Video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy have less trauma,less pain,rapid recovery advantages,use the correct nursing intervention measures,strengthen peri-operative nursing,close observation of changes can reduce the complications of care and promote postoperative recovery.
