磺达肝癸钠治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征疗效观察

目的探讨磺达肝癸钠治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征的安全性及临床效果。方法将84例急性非ST段抬高急性冠脉综合征患者随机分为试验组及对照组各42例,常规药物治疗同时,试验组患者给予磺达肝癸钠2.5mg/d皮下注射,连用8d,对照组低分子肝素针5000U皮下注射,1次/12h,连用8d,用药第5d复查PT、APTT。观察用药期间出血事件及出院1个月内主要不良心血管事件发生情况。结果用药第5天试验组患者PT、APTT,较用药前似有轻度延长,差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）;用药期间出血事件发生率试验组低于对照组（P〈0.05）;出院1个月内两组患者主要不良心血管事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论磺达肝癸钠治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征安全有效。

The efficacy and safety of fondaparinux in the treatment of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of fondaparinux in the treatment of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes.Methods 84 patients with NSTE-ACS were randomly allocated to exprement group and controll group（n=42）.Both groups accepted the same basic treatment.The exprement group received fondaparinux with 2.5mg/d subcutaneous injection for 8 days.The control group received low molecular weight Heparin Calcium with 5000U subcutaneous injection once each 12 hours for 8 days.PT and APTT were compared at admission and five days.The incidence of bleeding in hospital and the major adverse cardiac events were obversed.Results There were no significant difference between PT and APTT in fondaparinux group at admission and five days（P0.05）;The incidence of bleeding in fondaparinrx group was lower than that in control group（P0.05）.The MACE for one mouth after discharge had no significant difference in two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Fondaparinux was efficient and safe for patients of NSTE-ACS.
