| 摘 要： | 目的研究克拉霉素胶囊的含量测定方法。方法用高效液相色谱．蒸发光散射检测法进行含量测定。结果该方法能很好分离被测组分与其他杂质，在实验浓度范围内峰面积的对数值与浓度的对数值呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9998，RSD=0．36％。结论用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定克拉霉素胶囊的含量，方法简便，结果准确。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop a method for the determination of clarithromycin capsule. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） -evaporative light scattering Detector assay for content determination. Results This method can be measured with other components were separated in the experi- ment, the concentration of impurity peak area within the scope of the concentration of numerical value and a good linear relationship, r = 0. 9998, RSD = 0. 36%. Conclusion Using HPLC-ELSD assays the content determination of elarithromycin capsule, the method is simple and accurate. |
