溴隐亭治疗妊娠合并高泌乳素血症25例临床观察

目的探讨妊娠期服用溴隐亭对妊娠结局的影响。方法 60例合并高泌乳素血症孕妇随机分为两组,实验组25例服用溴隐亭,对照组35例未服用,比较两组流产率和早产率,新生儿畸形率,窒息率和低体重儿率。结果实验组25例中3例先兆流产（12.00%）,1例早产（4.00%）,1例低体重儿（4.00%）;对照组35例中12例先兆流产（34.29%）,2例早产（5.71%）,2例低体重儿（5.71%）,两组均无新生儿畸形和窒息,对照组流产率明显高于实验组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,早产率和低体重儿率比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论溴隐亭可降低合并高泌乳素血症孕妇的流产率,并不增加新生儿风险。

Clinical observation of bromocriptine in the treatment of 25 cases of pregnancy combined with hyperprolactinemia

Objective To investigate the influence of taking bromocriptine during gestation period on the pregnancy outcome. Methods A total of 60 cases of pregnancy combined with hyperpro-lactinemia were randomly divided into two groups. There were 25 cases in the experimental group receiving bromocriptine, while 35 cases in the control group receiving no drug. Abortion rate, premature delivery rate, neonatal malformation rate, asphyxia rate and low birth weight infant rate of the two groups were compared. Results Among the 25 cases of the experimental group, there were 3 cases of threatened abortion （12.00%）, 1 case of premature delivery （4.00%）, 1 case of low birth weight infant （4.00%）. Among the 35 cases of the control group, there were 12 cases of threatened abortion （34.29%）, 2 cases of premature delivery （5.71%）, and 2 cases of low birth weight infant （5.71%）. No neonatal malformation or asphyxia occurred in the two groups. The Abortion rate of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Differences of premature delivery rate and low birth weight infant rate were no significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Bromocriptine can reduce abortion rate of pregnancy combined with hyperpro-lactinemia with no additional risk for infants.
