精神科护士遭受患者攻击行为的感知、态度及行为现状调查

目的调查精神科护士自身遭受患者攻击行为感知到的相关因素。探讨护患双相防护措施。方法回顾性调查2005～2010年,驻马店市精神病医院护士遭受患者攻击的相关因素:患者攻击行为采取方式、被攻击例数、被攻击者职称、受伤部位、程度、护士是否接受防护技能培训等。结果精神科不同级别护士对患者攻击行为感知不同,态度较好,防控技能缺乏。结论精神科护士要针对性开展自身遭受患者攻击行为防控知识、技能培训,正确认别患者攻击行为,采取有效措施,减少住院患者攻击行为的发生,从而达到护患双向防护目的。
