胃复安联合针灸加艾灸治疗糖尿病合并尿潴留的效果分析

目的了解胃复安联合针灸加艾灸治疗糖尿病合并尿潴留的临床效果。方法80例糖尿病合并尿潴留患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,治疗组患者加用胃复安联合针灸加艾灸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组中31例患者治愈,8例患者好转,1例患者无效,总有效率为97.50%;对照组中18例患者治愈,12例患者好转,10例患者无效,总有效率为75.00%;治疗组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用胃复安联合针灸加艾灸治疗糖尿病合并尿潴留得到满意临床治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Analysis of the effect of metoclopramide combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary retention

Objective To understand the clinical effect of metoclopramide combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary retention.Methods A total of 80 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary retention were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received basic therapy,and the treatment group also received metoclopramide combined with acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the treatment group had 31 cure cases,8 effective cases,and 1 ineffective case,with total effective rate as 97.50%.The control group had 18 cure cases,12 effective cases,and 10 ineffective cases,with total effective rate as 75.00%.The total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoclopramide combined with acupuncture and moxibustion shows satisfactory clinical effect for diabetes mellitus complicated with urinary retention,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
