| 摘 要： | 目的探讨残胃癌的临床特点及其外科治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院收治21例残胃癌患者的临床资料。结果 21例患者在我院临床治愈12例,好转5例,无效4例,术后生存情况:仅行剖腹探查或胃空肠吻合8例均于术后3～6个月死亡;姑息性切除2例,术后分别生存10个月1例,1年1例;残胃癌根治术11例,术后生存1～3年2例,生存3～5年4例,生存5年以上5例。结论胃大部分切除术后要定期内镜检查,可早期发现残胃癌,及时行残胃癌根治术,可改善患者的生活质量和延长患者的生存期。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of gastric stump cancer and its was invalid surgical treatment.Methods 21 patients in our hospital clinical cure in 12 cases,5 cases improved,4 cases.Postoperative survival:only laparotomy or gastrojejunostomy in 8 patients were 3 to 6 months after death,palliative resection in 2 cases.Postoperative survival of 10 months,respectively,in 1 case,1 year in 1 case;remnant gastric cancer 11 cases,survival 1 to 3 years in 2 cases,survival of 3 to 5 years in 4 ... |
