| 摘 要： | 目的观察纳米银外用抗菌凝胶治疗痤疮炎性丘疹的疗效、安全性及耐受性。方法 204例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,两组分别采用纳米银外用抗菌凝胶及自制10%阿癀糊夜敷1次,共4次。结果治疗组及对照组治愈率分别为97.05%、83.33%（P〈0.01）,差异有统计学意义。结论纳米银外用抗菌凝胶治疗痤疮炎性丘疹疗效可靠,安全性及耐受性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy, safety and tolerance of nanoparticulate silver gel on the treatment of inflammatory papules of ance.
