口腔种植修复与常规修复术对牙列缺失患者的临床治疗效果对比

目的对比口腔种植修复与常规修复术对牙列缺失患者的临床治疗效果。方法156例牙列缺失患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组78例。对照组进行常规修复术治疗,观察组进行口腔种植修复治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、生活质量评分、龈沟液细胞因子水平白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)以及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]、满意度。结果治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率为82.1%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2个月,两组患者情感功能、社会功能以及生理功能评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2个月,两组患者IL-6、IL-8以及TNF-α水平均较治疗前升高,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度为79.5%,高于对照组的57.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔种植修复可提高牙列缺失患者的临床治疗效果及满意度,改善患者的生活质量,且相较于常规修复术对龈沟液炎症反应影响较小。

Comparison of the clinical effect of oral implant restoration versus conventional restoration on patients with dentition loss

Objective To compared the clinical effect of oral implant restoration versus conventional restoration on patients with dentition loss.Methods A total of 156 patients with dentition loss were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 78 cases in each group.The control group received conventional restoration treatment,and the observation group received oral implant restoration treatment.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,quality of life score,gingival crevicular fluid cytokine levelsinterleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and satisfaction.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 82.1%,which was higher than 66.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 months after treatment,the emotional function,social function and physiological function scores of the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2 months after treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the two groups were higher than those of this group before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral implant restoration can improve the clinical effect and satisfaction of patients with dentition loss,and improve the quality of life of patients.Compared with conventional restoration,oral implant restoration has less effect on inflammatory response of gingival crevicular fluid.
