阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者超敏C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体的影响

摘    要:目的观察阿托伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和D-二聚体(DD)的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法将72例ACS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用阿托伐他汀钙口服治疗。在治疗前及治疗8w后分别检测两组血清hs-CRP和DD水平。结果 ACS患者血清hs-CRP和DD水平均明显高于健康对照组(P〈0.01);在治疗后,治疗组和对照组血清hs-CRP和DD水平均较治疗前显著降低(P〈0.01),但治疗组血清hs-CRP和DD水平较对照组下降更明显,且与对照组比较有极显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀能降低ACS患者的血清hs-CPR和DD水平,抑制动脉粥样斑块内的炎症反应,改善心肌供血。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin on serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and D-Dimer(DD)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods 72 cases with ACS were divided randomly into therapy group(n=36) and control group(n=36),both groups received conventional treatment,moreover,the therapy group was treated with orally atorvastatin 20 mg/d for 8 weeks.The levels of serum hs-CRP and DD in both groups were detected before treatment and after treatment of 8 weeks,and compared with the health control group.Results The levels of hs-CRP and DD in ACS patients were significantly higher than those of the health control(all P0.01).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and DD in both groups dropped obviously(two P0.01),but they were significantly lower in therapy group than those of control group(two P0.01).Conclusion Atorvastatin can control plaque inflammation and improve myocardial blood supply by decreasing serum levels of serum hs-CRP and DD in ACS patients.
