曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的观察曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛临床疗效。方法对45例稳定型心绞痛患者在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪60mg／d，治疗8周后观察临床疗效和心电图变化。结果有效率达91．1％，明显优于常规组（P〈0．05），并可明显减少心绞痛发作次数、减少硝酸甘油的用量，显著回升下移的心电图ST段和缩短心肌缺血时间（P〈0．05），且无明显不良反应。结论稳定型心绞痛患者在常规治疗的基础上加用曲美他治疗是安全有效，值得临床推广应用。

Therapeutic effect observation for trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina

Objective Observe the therapeutic effect for Trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina. Methods 45 cases of unstable angina patients with Trimetazidine 60 mg/d based on conventional treatment,observed clinical efficacy and changes in the electrocardiogram after 8 weeks＇ treatment. Results The effective rate was 91.1 percent, better than the conventional group （P 〈0.05 ）. It could significantly reduce the number of angina attacks and reduce the amount of nitroglycerin, a significant pick-up in the ECG ST down, and shorten the time for myocardial ischemia （P〈0.05） with no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Stable angina patients with trimetazidine base on the conventional treatment is safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.
