| 摘 要： | 目的探索劳木布阿瓦中甘草苷的含量测定方法。方法用A11tech C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.5%冰乙酸（19：81）为流动相,检测波长为276nm。结果甘草苷在0.0734μg～0.7340μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）平均回收率99.65%（n=9）。结论用HPLC法测定劳木布阿瓦中甘草苷的含量方法简便,准确可靠。
