腹部彩超与阴道彩超在宫颈癌诊断中的价值比较

目的研究腹部彩超和阴道彩超在宫颈癌临床诊断中的应用价值。方法100例宫颈癌患者,根据检查方式不同分为腹超组和阴超组,每组50例。腹超组患者实施腹部彩超检查,阴超组患者实施阴道彩超检查。比较两组患者诊断准确率、漏诊率。结果阴超组患者诊断准确46例,漏诊4例;腹超组患者诊断准确31例,漏诊19例。阴超组患者诊断准确率92.00%(46/50)高于腹超组的62.00%(31/50),漏诊率8.00%(4/50)低于腹超组的38.00%(19/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部彩超和阴道彩超在宫颈癌的临床诊断中各有优势,但阴道彩超的诊断准确率相对更高,因此更值得临床推广应用。

Comparison of the value of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical cancer

Objective To study the application value of abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer were divided into abdominal ultrasound group and vaginal ultrasound group according to different examination methods,with 50 cases in each group.Abdominal color Doppler ultrasound was performed for patients in the abdominal ultrasound group,and vaginal color Doppler ultrasound was performed for patients in the vaginal ultrasound group.The diagnosis accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of the two groups were compared.Results In the vaginal ultrasound group,46 cases were diagnosed accurately and 4 cases were missed;in the abdominal ultrasound group,31 cases were accurately diagnosed and 19 cases were missed.The diagnostic accuracy rate 92.00%(46/50)of the vaginal ultrasound group was higher than 62.00%(31/50)of the abdominal ultrasound group,and the missed diagnosis rate 8.00%(4/50)was lower than 38.00%(19/50)of the abdominal ultrasound group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both abdominal color Doppler ultrasound and vaginal color Doppler ultrasound have their own advantages in the diagnosis of cervical cancer,but vaginal color Doppler ultrasound has higher diagnostic accuracy,so it is more worthy of clinical promotion and application.
