化学发光免疫法检验原发性肝癌肿瘤生物标志物的应用价值研究

目的分析化学发光免疫法检验原发性肝癌肿瘤生物标志物糖类抗原199(CA199)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)]的应用价值。方法选择68例原发性肝癌患者作为观察组,另选取68例健康者作为对照组,所有研究人员均实施化学发光免疫法检验。观察比较两组肿瘤生物标志物CA199、AFP、CEA、γ-GT水平以及其阳性检出率,统计观察组肿瘤生物标志物联合阳性检出率。结果观察组患者肿瘤生物标志物CA19-9(53.52±10.37)U/ml、AFP(157.54±137.85)ng/ml、CEA(30.36±6.73)ng/ml、γ-GT(273.67±124.65)U/L均高于对照组的(4.63±0.68)U/ml、(1.67±0.25)ng/ml、(2.46±0.46)ng/ml、(32.58±11.78)U/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的CA19-9、AFP、CEA、γ-GT阳性检出率分别为67.65%、47.06%、58.82%、80.88%,均高于对照组的0、0、0、0,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者肿瘤生物标志物CA19-9、AFP、CEA、γ-GT联合阳性检出61例,阳性检出率为89.71%,高于单独检测的阳性检出率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌患者采用化学发光免疫法进行检验后能够取得较高的检验效果,可以为患者的后续治疗提供可靠的依据,值得大力推广。

Application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in detection of tumor biomarkers in primary liver cancer

Objective To analyze the application value of chemiluminescence immunoassay in detection of tumor biomarkerscarbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GT)]in primary liver cancer.Methods 68 patients with primary liver cancer were selected as the observation group,and 68 healthy patients during the same period were selected as the control group.All researchers performed chemiluminescence immunoassay.The levels of tumor biomarkers CA199,AFP,CEA,γ-GT and their positive detection rates were observed and compared between the two groups,and the positive rates of combined detection in the observation group were counted.Results The CA19-9(53.52±10.37)U/ml,AFP(157.54±137.85)ng/ml,CEA(30.36±6.73)ng/ml,andγ-GT(273.67±124.65)U/L of the observation group were all high than(4.63±0.68)U/ml,(1.67±0.25)ng/ml,(2.46±0.46)ng/ml,and(32.58±11.78)U/L of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rates of CA19-9,AFP,CEA,andγ-GT in the observation group were 67.65%,47.06%,58.82%,and 80.88%,which were all higher than 0,0,0,and 0 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,61 patients was positive for combined detection of CA19-9,AFP,CEA andγ-GT,the positive detection rate was 89.71%,which was higher than the positive rate of separate detection,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The chemiluminescence immunoassay can achieve a higher test effect for patients with primary liver cancer,and can provide a reliable basis for the follow-up treatment of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
