胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗支气管扩张症患者的临床效果分析

目的探究支气管扩张症患者应用胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗的临床效果。方法94例支气管扩张症患者,根据入院时间不同分为对照组和研究组,每组47例。对照组采用开胸肺叶切除术治疗,研究组采取胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及手术指标(术中出血量、术后拔管时间、住院时间)。结果对照组总有效率为91.49%,研究组总有效率为95.74%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术中出血量(128.27±29.51)ml少于对照组的(216.38±32.45)ml,术后拔管时间(2.86±0.44)d及住院时间(8.17±2.66)d均短于对照组的(4.29±1.16)、(12.69±3.19)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗支气管扩张症患者的效果显著,应用价值大。

Analysis of the clinical effect of thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis.Methods A total of 94 patients with bronchiectasis were divided into control group and research group according to the order of admission,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open thoracoscopic lobectomy,and the research group was treated with thoracoscopic lobectomy.The clinical efficacy and surgical indicators(intraoperative blood loss,postoperative extubation time,hospitalization time)of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 91.49%,and the total effective rate of the research group was 95.74%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss(128.27±29.51)ml of the research group was less than(216.38±32.45)ml of the control group,and the postoperative extubation time(2.86±0.44)d and hospitalization time(8.17±2.66)d were shorter than(4.29±1.16)and(12.69±3.19)d of the control group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscopic lobectomy has significant effect on the treatment of bronchiectasis,and it contains great application value.
