| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瘢痕子宫再妊娠的分娩方式的选择。方法回顾分析120例患者的临床资料。结果 120例瘢痕子宫妊娠分娩,阴道试产41例,试产成功30例;再次剖宫产79例(其中择期剖宫产70例,阴道试产改行急诊剖宫产9例)。41例阴道试产者成功30例,自然分娩24例,阴道助产6例;试产失败11例,其中先兆子宫破裂3例,胎儿窘迫3例,继发性宫缩乏力3例,持续性枕后位2例,均改行急诊剖宫产分娩,无子宫破裂发生。结论生产方式的选择应根据产妇的具体情况而定。
