不同剂量替米沙坦联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的 探讨不同剂量替米沙坦联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效.方法 将82例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为3组,第一、二组给予正常剂量替米沙坦80 mg治疗,第三组给予大剂量替米沙坦160 mg治疗;第二、三组同时联合前列地尔10 μg/d静脉注射;各组均接受糖尿病饮食、降糖、调脂治疗,总疗程4周.观察治疗前后3组患者的24 h尿白蛋白定量、血肌酐、血尿素氮、血钾和平均动脉压.结果 替米沙坦联合前列地尔对早期糖尿病肾病有明显的降低蛋白尿作用,大剂量替米沙坦组的治疗效果更明显(P<0.01).结论 替米沙坦联合前列地尔能够有效治疗早期糖尿病肾病,且大剂量组的效果更明显.

The effect of different doses of telmisartan combined alprostadil treatment for early diabetic nephropathy

Objective The discussion of different doses of telmisartan combined alprostadil treatment for early diabetic nephropathy.Methods The method is to randomly divide 82 cases of early diabetic nephropathy into 3 groups.The 1st and 2nd groups were given 80 mg telmisartan treatment,the 3rd group was given big does of 160 mg telmisartan treatment.The 2nd and 3rd gourps combined intravenous alprostadil 10 μg/d;all groups received diabetic diet,hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering treatment,total 4 weeks.To observe three groups of patients before and after treatment the 24-hour urinary protein,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,serum potassium and mean arterial pressure.Results The result was telmisartan combined alprostadil on early diabetic nephropathy have significantly reduced the role of proteinuria,high-dose treatment with telmisartan was more effective（P0.01）.Conclusion The conclusion is telmisartan combined alprostadil effective treatment of early diabetic kidney disease,and high-dose group is more effective.
