女性原发性不孕439例病因分析

目的探讨女性原发性不孕的主要病因和影响因素。方法对439例因女方因素造成原发性不孕的妇女进行临床资料统计，分析各种病因的分布。结果在原发性不孕的病因中，卵巢因素占30．07％，输卵管因素占27．79％，子宫因素占16．63％。其中多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的发病率为19．59％。结论女性原发性不孕中首要原因是各种病因所致的卵巢排卵障碍，其中以多囊卵巢综合征和不明原因的排卵障碍占主要因素；不同程度的输卵管梗阻排第二位。加强营养宣教，适当运动以减少排卵障碍性疾病的发生；加强普及性和生殖健康教育是减少输卵管梗阻的重要措施。

Analysis of etiological factor for 439 cases of female primary infertility

Objective To explore the etiological factor of female primary infertility.Methods Analysed the clinic data of 439 cases of patients suffered from female primary infertility.Results In the cases of female primary infertility,disorders of ovulation accounts for 30.07%,tubal factors accounts for 27.79%,facts of uterus accounts for 16.63%,and the incidence of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is 19.59%.Conclusions The main causes of female primary infertility is disorders of ovulation.PCOS plays a key position in ovarant disorders.Different degree of salpingemphraxis is the second reason of primary infertility.To enhance education in nutrition and keep normal physical exercise are the critical steps to decrease ovulation disorders.Popularization of sexual and reproductive healthy education is an important measure to decrease the incidence of infertility.
