2010～2012年我院抗肿瘤中药注射剂使用情况分析

目的了解2010～2012年本院抗肿瘤中药注射剂的应用情况，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采集本院计算机网络系统记录2010～2012年抗肿瘤中药注射剂相关信息，采用金额排序法、占全部药品使用金额比例排序、用药频度（DDDs）排序法，进行统计分析。结果本院抗肿瘤中药注射剂每年的使用数量、用药总金额都逐年上升，年增长率分别为44．48％、52．94％，占全部中药注射剂的比例也逐年上升。结论本院抗肿瘤中药注射剂临床应用总体较合理，一些具有抑制肿瘤生长，兼有增强免疫和镇痛作用的抗肿瘤中药注射剂临床应用较多，一些疗效相近的品种、价格低的更为医师和患者接受。

Usage analysis of the anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital between 2010 and 2012

Objective To investigate the application of 2010 - 2012 the anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital, and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The acquisition computer network system in our hospital records 2010 to 2012 anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injection related information, we use the amount of sorting method, the order of sum of money at all in traditional Chinese medicine injections, medication frequency （DDDs） sorting method, and statistical analysis. Results The number of the anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injection every year in our hospital drug use, and the total amount is increasing year by year. The annual growth rate was respectively 44.48%, 52.94%, and accounting for the proportion of traditional Chinese medicine injections also increased year by year. Conclusion In our hospital, clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections of anti tumor overall is reasonable, some can inhibit tumor growth, with enhanced antitumor immunity and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections more analgesic effect. Some are similar to the effect of varieties, low price and more doctors and patients.
