儿童抗过敏药物临床应用研究进展

儿童过敏性疾病的发病率在全球范围内呈逐年上升趋势。该病主要临床表现为致敏原引发的哮喘、鼻炎、特应性皮炎、结膜炎、食物过敏及过敏性休克等。但受小儿临床药理学的发展与应用的限制,部分药物无儿童剂型,且因缺乏临床研究依据而导致用药剂量不规范、不统一,本文就儿童抗过敏药物临床应用研究进展作一综述,旨在为临床儿童用药提供理论依据。

Progress in clinical application of antiallergic drugs in children

The incidence rate of allergic diseases in children is increasing year by year.The main clinical manifestations of the disease are allergen induced asthma,rhinitis,atopic dermatitis,conjunctivitis,food allergy and anaphylactic shock.However,limited by the development and application of pediatric clinical pharmacology,some drugs have no dosage form for children,and the dosage is not standardized and unified due to the lack of clinical trial basis.This paper reviewed the progress of clinical application of children’s antiallergic drugs,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical use of children’s drugs.
