我国药品不良反应研究现状及其对策

目的：对我国药品不良反应(ADRs)研究现状进行分析,为深入开展ADRs研究提供基础信息。方法：以“药品不良反应、ADRs”为关键词在中国期刊全文数据库中进行文献检索,根据文献所用的方法学对其进行分类统计,以分析ADRs研究现状。结果：近10年来,有关ADRs研究呈逐年增加趋势,但文献仍以病例报道为主．缺乏高质量、深入的流行病学调研。结论：随着“国家ADR监测信息网”的建立与不断完善,在加速ADRs信息传递与交流的同时,对于临床用药频度高、用药量大的常规用药,在有病例报告支持的基础上,开展深入的流行病学调研。从而为临床医生及人们的用药决策提供最佳证据。

The Actuality of Study in ADRs and Countermeasure

Objective: To analyze the actuality of study in ADRs and provide some information for the study of ADRs.Method: The literature was searched for at http://www.chinajournal.net.cn with the key word: ADRs, and then all of the literature was classified according to the methodology used in the individual study in order to analyze the actuality of study in ADRs.Result: Recently, the studies of ADRs have been gradually increased, but the case reports are still in the highest flight but lack of careful and high quality epidemiological investigations.Conclusion: With the construction and constant perfection of the "National Internet of ADRs surveillance", at the same time to speed up the communication and exchange of the ADR information and on the basis of routine medicine with big dosage and high frequency, the epidemiological investigation should be carefully carried out so as to provide the best evidence for the medication of clinical doctors and persons.
