住院精神疾病患者药物治疗现况时点调查

目的：了解住院精神疾病患者精神药物的应用情况及其演变。方法：采用一日法对上海市精神卫生中心696例住院精神疾病患者的精神药物应用状况进行调查，将其结果与2002年和1997年的调查结果相比较。结果：①使用频度前3位的药物发生了很大的变化；②利培酮已取代氯氮平成为临床一线用药，氯氮平则退居第二；③抗抑郁药中SSRI类药物已成为临床一线用药；④镇静催眠药的使用频率明显增加。结论：药物使用变化的原因可能与人们对精神疾病及药物的不断深入认识等综合因素有关。

A Clinical Time - point Survey of Drug Therapy of Psychotropic Inpatients

Objective: To investigate the clinical application and change of psychotropic drug therapy. Method: 696 inpatients in Shanghai Mental Health Center were investigated. The results were compared with those of the same day in the years 2002 and 1997. Result: (1)The front three drugs at the highest use frequency changed much. (2)Risperdal took the clozapine's place to be the first class choice in antipsychotics drug therapy, and clozapine dropped to the second. (3)SS-RI was the first class choice in the antidepressants drug therapy. (4)The proportion of sedative - hypnotics drug therapy rose significantly. Conclusion: The change of drag therapy may be related to more knowledge of psychiatry and drugs.
