儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用调查

目的：调查儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,促进儿科抗菌药物合理使用。方法：回顾性调查2013年1-12月所有儿科出院患者病历,统计抗菌药物使用各项指标,分析适应证是否合理。结果：1 352例儿科住院患者中,抗菌药物使用率为96.60%,细菌感染性疾病和真菌感染性疾病病例均使用了抗菌药物,病毒感染性疾病患者抗菌药物使用率为91.17%,非感染性疾病患者的抗菌药物使用率为79.31%。抗菌药物单用比例为62.33%。使用抗菌药物患者病原学检查百分率65.93%。抗菌药物使用强度为58.96,头孢菌素酶抑制药复合制剂使用强度为18.16,为各类抗菌药物中最高。结论：儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用率过高,特别是病毒性感染疾病和非感染性疾病无适应证使用抗菌药物,抗菌药物使用强度过高,是儿科住院患者抗菌药物使用存在的突出问题,也是未来抗菌药物管理中需要重视和改进的方面。

Survey of Antimicrobial Agents Use in Pediatric Inpatients

Objective：To promote rational use of antimicrobial agents in Pediatric inpatients. Methods：The use of antimicrobial agents of Pediatric inpatients who were discharged from the Pediatric Department from January to December was retrospective analyzed. Results：Among 1352 Pediatric inpatients, antimicrobial agents utilization rate was 96.6%. All patients with bacteria and fungal infectious diseases have used antibiotics. Antimicrobial agents utilization rate in patients with viral infectious diseases was 91.17%, antimicrobial agents in patients with non-infectious diseases was 79.31%. Utilization rate of monoantimicrobial agents was 62.33%. The percentage of etiology examination before use of antimicrobial agents was 65.93%. Antimicrobial drug use intensity was 58.96, eephalosporin/enzyme inhibitor use intensity was 18.16, the highest among all kinds of antibiotics. Conclusion： The level of antimicrobial agents utilization rate of Pediatric inpatients was too high, especially those patients with viral infections or non-infectious disease, who did not＇ t have any indica- tions for antimicrobial agents. Antimicrobial agents use intensity was high. Those problems existing in the use of antimicrobial agents need to take seriously and improve in the future.
