| 摘 要： | 目的：了解药品不良反应(ADR)在我院的发生情况及其给患者造成的危害。方法：对404例ADR病例报告进行分类统计和分析评价。结果：涉及ADR的药物共有175个品种，其中抗感染药的发生率居首位，其次为抗肿瘤药、心脑血管用药，中药制剂也较多。合并用药占26．0％；途径以静脉用药为主。主要的ADR类型为皮肤损害，其次是胃肠系统损害、发热等全身症状。重度ADR17例(4．2％)。结论：应继续加强不易观察及慢性ADR的监测。

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the situation of adverse drug reactions and the damage to patients in our hospital.Method: 404 cases of reports were classified, analyzed and evaluated.Result: Among 175 kinds of drugs inducing adverse drug reactions, the occurrence of anti infective agents was the first, antineoplastic agents the second, and cardiovascular and traditional chinese drugs induced ADRs very often, too. The incidence of combined use of drugs was 26.0% . The majority of the drugs was given through veins. The main types of ADRs were skin damage, gastro intestinal damage, fever, etc. Serious ADRs ( 4.2% ) were caused in 17 cases.Conclusion: More attention should be paid to the observation of the adverse drug reactions and chronic ADRs. |
