医务人员药品不良反应监测认知度调查

目的：了解《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》颁布后医务人员时药物不良反应监察的认识了解程度。方法：对全院在岗人员随机抽样,入选人员在限定时间内填写ADRM认知度调查表,对全部调查表进行综合分析。结果：被调查者中有90％知道国家ADR中心的职责;79％了解我国ADR报告程序;44％明确ADR定义,91％认为上市后药品存在不良反应;79％认为ADR与药品质量有关;98％认为有必要报告ADR;在日常工作中有84％遇到过ADR。其中34％向有关部门上报过ADR,只有25％是自愿上报。94％认为只有提高医务人员的ADR意识才能加强我国ADRM工作力度。结论：我院医务人员中绝大部分认识和知道ADRM,但对ADR上报意识不强,自愿上报ADR的仅占被调查人员的四分之一。应加强宣传教育,提高全国人民的ADR意识。

The Investigation of Recognition of ADRM in our Hospital

Objective: To investigate medical staff's recognition degree on ADRM after the " Decree of Management of Adverse Drug Reaction Report and Monitor" decreed. Method: Through a random sampling among people working in Wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou Military District, people selected filled out a questionnaire of ADR in a given time, and then all the questionnaires were analyzed comprehensively. Result: 90% of the staff who had been investigated knew the responsibility of the State ADR Center; 79% knew the ADR report process; 91% believed that drugs had some adverse reaction after marketing; 79% thought that ADR related to drug quality; 44% understood the definition of ADR; 98% thought it necessary to report ADR; 84% had the experience of ADR; 34% reported the ADR, but only 25% reported voluntarily. 94% thought that the ADRM could be reinforced in China only by improving the medical staffs ADR consciousness. Conclusion: Most people in our hospital knew the ADRM, but the report consciousness of ADR was not adequate. Only one fourth of people reported voluntarily. In order to reinforce the ADRM in China, both propaganda and education should be strengthened to improve the ADR consciousness of all the people in China.
