某部队医院2003～2005年抗肿瘤药应用分析

目的:了解我院抗肿瘤药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:统计分析2003～2005年我院消耗的抗肿瘤药的用药金额、用药频度及日均费用等项目。结果:抗肿瘤药占该院药品年消耗总金额的22.06%～23.30%,年用药金额增长率分别为1.86%、3.69%,抗肿瘤植物药占抗肿瘤药的40%左右。结论:抗肿瘤药的用药现况和趋向基本符合我国当前药品总趋势,抗肿瘤植物药、辅助治疗药、抗代谢药和抗肿瘤抗生素是该院目前肿瘤治疗的主要用药方向。

Analysis of Antineoplastic Drugs Used in our Hospitals During the Period of 2003 - 2005

Objective:To investigate the current situation of antineoplastic drugs used in our hospital in order to provide reference for rational clinical drug use.Method:The data of frequency,cost and DDD of antineoplastic drugs from 2003 to 2005 were analyzed.Result:The antineoplastic accounted for 22.06%-23.30% of the annual sum of money of drugs used in our hospital and the increase rate of the values of medicine use was 1.86%,and 3.69% in five years.40% of antineoplastic was antineoplastic plant medicament.Conclusion:Antineoplastic plant medicament,adjuvant drugs,anti -metabolite drugs and antineoplastic antibiotics are the main ones used for the tumor treatment in our hospital.
