HPLC-ELSD法测定胃疡灵颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量

建立胃疡灵颗粒中黄芪甲苷的含量测定的HPLC-ELSD方法。方法：采用Hypersil C18色谱柱（200mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相乙腈-水（35：65），流速0．8ml·min^-1；蒸发光散射检测器参数：漂移管温度100℃，氮气流速2．8L·min^-1。结果：线性范围为0．37～7．46μg，r=0．999 9；回收率为97．0％，RSD为1．2％n=6）。结论：方法灵敏、可靠、准确、重复性好，可作为胃疡灵颗粒的质量控制方法。

Determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Weiyangling Granules by HPLC-ELSD

To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determination of astragalosideⅣ in Weiyangling granules. Method：the Hypersil C18 （200mm × 4.6 ram,5μm）was used, the acetonitrile-water（ 35：65 ） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min^-1, the drift tube of temperature was 100℃ and the flow rate of N2 was 2.8 L·min^-1. Result： The astragaloside Ⅳ showed good linearity（ r = 0. 999 9） in the range of 0.37 - 7.46μg, the average recovery was 97.0% with RSD 1.2% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is sensitive, reliable, accurate and repeatability, it can be used for quality control method of weiyangling granules.
