甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液刺激性试验

目的：研究甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液对局部组织有无刺激性。方法：选用健康合格新西兰家兔，用甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液进行局部刺激性试验。结果：甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液对家兔眼结膜、虹膜、角膜均无刺激作用；肌肉解剖未见充血、水肿、变性或坏死，病理检查肌细胞结构正常；对心、肝、脾、肺、肾、耳缘、耳壳血管组织各分别不同地显示轻度扩张充血等。结论：甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液对家兔眼结膜、虹膜、角膜均无刺激性；对肌肉组织无明显刺激性；对耳壳、耳血管、内脏血管均显示轻度血管刺激反应。

Experiment of the Irritant Action of Pazufloxacin Mesylate Injection

Objective:To study the irritant action of pazufloxacin mesylate injection to local tissue.Method:Pazufloxacin mesy- late injection was given to local tissue of healthy rabbits.Result:There was not irritant action to the conjunctival,iris and cornea.The autopsy of muscle had no engorgement,degeneration and necrosis.There was slight engorgement and extand of the vessles of heart,liv- er,spleen,lung,kindey,and edge of ear.Conclusion:Pazufloxacin mesylate injection has no irritant action to the the conjunctiva,...
