胃肠道术后谷氨酰胺强化全肠外营养疗效分析

目的:观察胃肠道术后患者在经周围静脉全肠外营养(TPN)中应用谷氨酰胺(Glu)的有效性。方法:114例胃肠道手术患者随机分为常规TPN组(对照组)和Glu强化TPN组(治疗组)。结果:术后第8天血清白蛋白、前白蛋白2组均有回升,但对照组回升较慢,2组间比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);术后第8天治疗组氮平衡明显优于对照组(P<0.01);术后感染发生率治疗组低于对照组;术后平均住院时间和平均住院费用与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:胃肠道术后经周围静脉TPN强化加入Glu比常规TPN疗效更佳。

Efficacy of Glutamine-supplemented Total Parenteral Nutrition on Patients After Gastrointestinal Operation

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of glutamine administered via peripheral vein total parenteral nutrition(TPN)on patients after gastrointestinal operation.Method:One hundred and fourteen cases after gastrointestinal operations were divided random- ly into routine TPN group(control group)and TPN plus glutamine group(therapeutic group).Result:The levels of both seralbumin and prealbumin were rebounded on the 8th day after operation,but the control group was rebounded more slowly,significant differences were noted between 2 groups(P<0.05);nitrogen balance in the therapeutic group was significantly better than that the control group on the 8th day after operation(P<0.01);the incidence of infection complications after operation in the therapeutic group was lower than that the control group(P<0.01);the average hospital stay and cost for the therapeutic group was almost the same as the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of glutamine via peripheral vein TPN is better than that the standard TPN in patients after gas- trointestinal operation.
