注射用雷贝拉唑钠与常见输液的配伍稳定性

评价注射用雷贝拉唑钠在4种常见输液中的配伍稳定性。方法：将临床常规剂量注射用雷贝拉唑钠加入5％葡萄糖注射液、10％葡萄糖注射液、0．9％氯化钠注射液和葡萄糖氯化钠注射液中，在不同温度（4℃，25℃，37℃）下，用高效液相色谱法测定配伍后不同时间点输液中雷贝拉唑钠含量，观察外观、不溶性微粒以及pH变化。结果：不同条件下注射用雷贝拉唑钠与5％葡萄糖注射液、0．9％氯化钠注射液和葡萄糖氯化钠注射液配伍后溶液的颜色、不溶性微粒、pH、雷贝拉唑钠含量基本无变化；注射用雷贝拉唑钠与10％葡萄糖注射液在37℃条件下8h内含量及pH差异较大，溶液颜色由无色逐渐变为淡黄色。结论：注射用雷贝拉唑钠可以与5％葡萄糖注射液、0．9％氯化钠注射液和葡萄糖氯化钠注射液配伍。注射用雷贝拉唑钠与10％葡萄糖注射液配伍时不宜在高温下放置，只宜现配现用。

Compatible Stability of Rabeprazole Sodium for Injection and Commonly Used Infusions in The Clinical Uses

To evaluate the compatible stability between rabeprazole sodium for injection and four kinds of infusions. Method： A clinical routine dose of rabeprazole sodium for injection was added to each of the 4 conventional infusion fluids and the mixtures were kept at 4 ℃ ,25 ℃ and 37 ℃ ,respectively. RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of rabeprazole in the fluids at different time points. Besides, the outward appearance and pH value and Insoluble particle were observed. Result： No remarkable changes of the contents, appearance and pH value were observed in 5 % glucose injection, 0.9% sodium chloride injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection at different temperatures. Within the 8 h, the pH value, appearance and contents of the Rabeprazole sodium for injection solution were shown to have undergone remarkable changes at 37℃. Conclusion： Rabeprazole sodium for injection was compatible with 5 % glucose injection, 0.9% sodium chloride injection, glucose and sodium chloride injection under different temperatures. Rabeprazole sodium for injection was compatible with 10% glucose injection, because it is not stable at high temperature recommended to preoare when needed.
