口腔医院门诊抗菌药使用分析

了解我院门诊抗菌药使用情况，为临床合理使用抗菌药提供参考。方法：对我院门诊药房2005-2007年抗茵药消耗数据进行统计分析。结果：我院门诊抗菌药使用金额占总用药金额的16．1％，以口服药为主，用药金额排序前3位的分别为头孢菌素类、抗真菌药和青霉素类，抗菌药使用基本符合口腔感染的治疗特点。结论：我院门诊抗菌药使用较为合理，但合理使用水平仍有待提高。

Analysis of Antibiotics Used for Outpatients in Stomatology Hospital

To study the use of antibiotics in out-patient of our hospital to promote the rational use of antibiotics. Method： The data of antibiotics used for outpatients in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 were collected and analyzed. Result： Antibiotics accounted for 16.1% among medicine incomes. Most antibiotics were oral drug preparation. The first three which rank in sum of money were cephalosporins, antifungal agents and penicillins. Antibiotics were used in accordance to the therapeutic principle of stomatic infection. Conclusion： The use of antibiotics for outpatients was rational on the whole, while the rational use of drugs should be further improved.
