| 摘 要： | 目的:研究治痔胶囊的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:以昆明小鼠为实验动物,采用耳廓肿胀法、毛细血管通透性试验观察其抗炎作用;化学刺激扭体法和热板法观察其镇痛作用。结果:治痔胶囊能明显抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀并降低腹腔毛细血管通透性,同时显著减少小鼠扭体反应次数,提高小鼠的痛阈值。结论:治痔胶囊具有明显的镇痛及抗炎作用,值得开发研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Zhizhi capsules.Method:Anti-inflammatory effect was observed through the auricular swelling experiment and capillary permeability of the abdominal test in mice.In addition,writhing response test and hot-plate test were used to investigate the analgesic effect of Zhizhi capsules in mice.Result:Zhizhi capsules could obviously lessen the auricular swelling degree,lower capillary permeability in abdominal cavity,decrease the writhe times and incr... |
