摘    要:目的:建立葛藤总黄酮分散片的处方工艺。方法:以单因素对填充剂、粘合剂、崩解剂的用量及种类进行考察后,采用正交设计考察微晶纤维素(MCC)、交联聚维酮(PVPP)及微粉硅胶和硬脂酸镁的用量对分散片崩解时间的影响。结果:确定了该分散片的处方及工艺,崩解剂对片剂崩解起着重要作用。结论:该处方工艺稳定,操作简便,分散片的崩解及溶出均符合规定。
