摘    要:目的:建立快速、准确、高灵敏度的测定镇静催眠类中成药中非法添加巴比妥、司可巴比妥钠、异戊巴比妥、苯巴比妥、氯美扎酮的分析方法。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.2%(v/v)醋酸溶液(25:75),流速:1 ml·min^-1,检测波长:210nm,柱温:35℃,选样量:20μl。结果:5种化学镇静催眠药相互之间分离良好,检出限为1.43~4.26ng;回收率为97.29%-101.48%,RSD为0.9%~1.5%。结论:该方法灵敏准确,可作为镇静催眠类中成药中巴比妥、司可巴比妥钠、异戊巴比妥、苯巴比妥、氯关扎酮的有效检测方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a quick, accurate, sensitive method for analysis of barbitalum, secobarbital sodium, amobarbital,phenobarbital and chlormezanonum illegally mixed in hypnagogic traditional chinese medicine(TCM). Method: The kromasil C18 analytical column (150 mm× 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0. 2% (v/v) acetic acid solution (25:75 ) , The detection wavelength was 210 nm, the temperature was 35 ℃ and the sample size was 20 μl. Result: The lowest detectable limits were 1.43-4. 26 ng. The average recoveries were 97. 29% -101.48% ,RSD of recoveries were 0. 9% -1.5%. Conclusion : The mothod is sensitive and accurate to be used to detect the barbitalum, secobarbital sodium, amobarbital, Phenobarbital and chlorrnezanonum illegally mixed in hypnagogic traditional chinese medicine(TCM).
