贯叶连翘提取物抗炎镇痛作用实验研究

目的：探讨贯叶连翘提取物的抗炎镇痛作用。方法：采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿实验观察贯叶连翘提取物抗炎作用；通过小鼠甲醛致痛实验观察其镇痛作用。结果：贯叶连翘提取物能够明显抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀，抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿的增重，减少小鼠在注射甲醛后0～5min，15～30min两个时相内舔足时间、减轻甲醛所致小鼠足跖肿胀。结论：贯叶连翘提取物具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。

Experimental Study on the Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Extract of Hypericum perforatum L

Objective： To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions of extract of Hypericum perforatum L（EHPL）. Method ： Anti-inflammatory action of EHPL was observed on the models of xylene-induced auricular swelling in mice, cotton-induced granuloma in rats. Analgesic action of EHPL was observed by formaldehyde-induced pain experiment in mice. Result： EHPL was obvi- ously inhibited xylene-induced ear edema in mice, granuloma weight gain was inhibited in rats;After injected with formaldehyd, in 0-5 min, 15-30 min two-phase time, the licking time in mice was reduced, and also reduced the paw edema degree induced by formaldehyde. Conclusion： EHPL has obvious effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic.
