556例呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物使用调查分析

目的:了解我院呼吸内科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况.方法:调查呼吸内科2003年住院病历556份,统计抗菌药的使用率、使用种类、DDDs、药敏试验、联合用药等进行分析.结果:患者抗菌药物的使用率为91%;共涉及13类64种抗菌药;DDDs排序前3位分别为:头孢曲松、罗红霉素、异烟肼;约92%的药品DUI＜1,药敏试验率为33.4%;单独用药率54.7%,联合用药率45.3%.结论:我院呼吸内科抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍存在某些问题,应进一步提高合理用药水平.

Analysis of Antibacterial Drug Use in 556 In-patients of Respiratory Medical Department

Objective: To investigate the antibacterial drugs using on in-patients in respiratory medical department. Method: 556 medical records of respiratory medical department in 2003 had been investigated to collect the status of use of antibacterial drugs. The applied rate of antibacterial drugs types, kinds of antibacterial drugs, DDDs, sensitive test and combined drugs use were analyzed. Result: The rate of antibacterial drugs use of in-patients was 91%. It involved 13 sorts and 64 kinds of antibacterial drugs. The first 3 ranks in DDDS were ceftriaxone, roxithromycin and isoniazid. About 92% drugs utilization index (DUI) were less than one. The rate of sensitive test was 33.4%. The rate of using single drug was 54. 7%. The rate of using combined drug was 45. 3%. Conclusion: Antibacterial drugs have been widely used in our hospital. The condition of drug use was basically rational. However, there are still some problems. The level of using drug rationally should be further improved.
