武汉地区33家医院2008～2010年妇科外用抗真菌药应用分析

目的:分析2008～2010年武汉市妇科外用抗真菌药的应用情况,考察其用药合理性.方法:采用回顾性统计方法,对2008～2010年武汉地区妇科抗真菌药物的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)进行统计分析.结果:妇科外用抗真菌药物有栓剂和片剂；2008～2010年武汉地区妇科外用抗真菌药物销售金额呈逐年降低的趋势,除复方莪术油和聚甲酚磺醛外,其他药物市场都较稳固.结论:武汉地区妇科外用抗真菌药使用基本合理,其中疗效确切,价格适中,使用方便的药物在临床应用中占优势.

Application Analysis of Gynecologic Topical Antifungal Medicines in Wuhan Area during the Year of 2008-2010

Objective： To investigate the application of gynecologic topical antifungal medicines in Wuhan during the year of 2008- 2010 to evaluate the rationality. Method： Using a retrospective statistical method with Defined daily close （DDD） recommended by WHO, DDDs and Daily Drug Cost （DDC） were analyzed statistically. Result： There are two kinds of preparations, namely suppository and tablet, for gynecologic topical antifungal medicines in Wuhan. The total sales amount of gynecologic topical antifungal medicines decreases year by year. Except that of compound zedoary turmeric oil suppositories and policresulen, the DDDs of other drugs were stable. Conclusion： The use of gynecologic topical antifimga] medicines tends to be reasonable in Wuhan area between the year of 2008 and 2010. Those with excellent therapeutic efficacy, good acceptable price and convenient application way are still keeping the dominant position.
