摘    要:目的:建立雨生红球藻中皂化后虾青素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Dionex Acclaim120 C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)。流动相:甲醇-水(95:5)。检测波长:475nm。结果:线性范围为0.5~10.0μg·ml^-1,r=0.9999(n=5)。平均回收率为97.00%,RSD为0.99%。结论:本方法简便快速、重复性好。

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determining the content of astaxanthin in Haematococcus pluvialis. Method: A Dionex Acclaim120 C18 column( 150mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm) was used, and the mobile phase was methanol-water(95: 5). The detective wavelength was 475nm. Result : An excellent linearity( r = 0.999 9, n = 5 ) was obtained over the range of 0.5 - 10.01μg· ml ^- 1. The average recovery was 97.00%, and RSD was 0.99%. Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and reproducible.
