摘    要:目的:优选黄连最佳提取工艺.方法:采用正交试验法,以黄连提取的收膏率和盐酸小檗碱提取量为考察指标,利用HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量.结果:最佳提取工艺为黄连粗粉加8倍量60%的乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h.结论:优选得到的工艺简便易行,稳定性好.

Abstract:To optimize the best extraction process of Rhizoma Coptis. Method: Using orthogonal design method, to apply extract yield of Rhizoma Coptis and the extract amount of berberine hydrochloride as observing indexes, to measure the content of berberine hydrochloride with HPLC. Result; The optimum extraction process was as follows, adding 8 times of 60% alcohol into coptis meal, refluxing and extracting for 3 times ,one hour every time. Conclusion; This optimized process is simple, stable and efficient.
