摘    要:目的:优选连翘叶中连翘酯苷的最佳反相硅胶(RP-18)中压制备工艺条件.方法:采用单因素多水平试验的方法,考察上样量(连翘酯苷粗品/RP-18硅胶)、洗脱流速、柱床径高比等因素对连翘酯苷得量的影响,优选出最佳纯化工艺条件.结果:最佳工艺为上样量(连翘酯苷粗品/RP-18硅胶)为1:50、洗脱流速为1.5 BV·h-1、柱床径高比为1∶10.结论:优选得到的连翘酯苷的最佳反相(RP-18)中压制备工艺简单、稳定、可行.

Abstract:Objective : To establish the optimal RP silica gel ( RP18 ) preparation technology for forsythiaside. Method: A single- factor multi-level experiment was used to screen the optimal purification conditions. The sample amount, eluting velocity and diameter/ height ratio of the column were set as the factors in the test. Result: The optimal purification technology was achieved with the sample/ RP-18 ratio of 1:50, the eluting velocity of 1.5 BV. h- 1 and diameter/height ratio of 1: 10. Conclusion: The optimal purification tech- nology is simple, stable and feasible.
