| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律.方法:对我院2010年上报国家和省药品不良反应监测中心的207例ADR报告进行回顾性分析.结果:207例ADR中,女性多于男性；≥60岁的患者占38.65％；抗感染药引起的ADR最多见,占48.79％,其次为抗肿瘤及辅助治疗用药；给药途径以静脉给药引起的ADR为主；皮肤及其附件损害最多,占35.42％.结论:医务人员应强化合理用药意识,开展和加强临床ADR监测,保证临床用药的安全、有效.

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the feature and regularity of the adverse drug reactions （ADR） occurring in our hospital. Method： 207 ADR cases collected in our hospital in 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Result： Among the 207 cases, the female showed higher proportion than the males, and the senile patients aged ≥ 60 accounted for about 38.65%. The ADR induced by antimi- crobial agents were the prinacy with 48. 79% , followed by those induced by the antiueoplastic drugs and adjuvant drugs. The ADRs were mostly induced by intravenous administration. Lesions of skin and its appendages were the most frequent accounting for 35.42%. Conclusion ： Medical staff should enhance the awareness of rational drug use, improve and strengthen the ADR monitoring, and ensure the clinical medication safely and effectively. |
