摘    要:目的:优选养血扶正颗粒制备工艺。方法:以出膏率和阿魏酸含量为考察指标,应用L9(34)正交试验法优选养血扶正颗粒的制备工艺。结果:影响因素大小依次是:煎煮次数(C)>煎煮时间(B)>加水倍量(A),最佳制备工艺条件为C1B2A3,即加12倍量的水,煎煮3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选项的制备工艺合理,有效成分提取率好。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the preparing procedures of yangxuefuzheng granules. Method: The extracting rate and the content of ferulic acid were used as indexes, the optimum extracting conditions were studied by the orthogonal test of L9(34) . Result: The influencing effects of factors were as follows; C > B > A (A: adding water volume, B: decocting time, C: decocting frequency) , the optimizing preparation conditions were C1B2A3, i. e. to add 12 times quantity of water, decoction for 3 times, 1.5 h for every time. Conclusion: The optimum preparing procedure is rational and the extracting rate of active components is good.
