亳州丹皮水提物对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂及抗氧化能力的作用研究

目的:研究亳州产丹皮水提物对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖(GLU)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和游离脂肪酸(NEFA)的影响。方法:通过喂养高脂饲料1个月建立雄性小鼠高脂血症模型,再腹腔注射链脲佐菌素复制小鼠2型糖尿病模型,糖尿病模型小鼠随机分配到模型组、阳性组和丹皮组,并设立正常对照组。以丹皮水提物连续灌胃25d后,测定小鼠血清中各项生化指标。结果:丹皮水提物能显著地降低2型糖尿病小鼠体内的血糖(P<0.01),TC(P<0.01),MDA(P<0.05),并显著升高2型糖尿病小鼠体内的SOD(P<0.01)。结论:丹皮水提物能显著降低2型糖尿病小鼠的血糖值,并有一定的调节血脂代谢和抗氧化能力的作用。
