镇痛宁胶囊中生物碱的提取工艺

目的：优选并确立镇痛宁胶囊中生物碱的最佳提取工艺。方法：以青藤碱及浸膏得率为指标，采用正交试验法对提取过程中的提取时间（A）、提取次数（B）、乙醇浓度（C）及乙醇用量（D）4个因素进行优选研究。结果：原药材最佳提取工艺为10倍量的70％乙醇，回流提取2次，每次2h。经统计学处理，新工艺与老工艺的提取效果有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论：本试验设计合理，测定方法可行，试验结果可靠。

Study on Optimum Extraction of Alkaloids in Zhentongning Capsules

Objective： To optimize and establish the extraction technology of alkaloids in Zhentongning capsulae. Method： The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects of the four factors including time of extraction , times of extraction, concentration and volume of ethanol on extracts yield and the content of sinomenine. Result： The optimum extraction technology was that the circumfluence extraction with 70% ethanol was 10 times the weight of herbal medicines, times of extraction and time of extraction were 2 times and 2h, respectively. There was statistically significant difference in efficiency between new and old extractions technology （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The test with reasonable design, credible results is easily operated, which can offer credible theories for the batch extraction of effective substances from herbal medicines.
